Reporting to: Plant Manager

Responsibilities:
Presetting of tools for CNC machines including lathes, mills.

Maintaining a clean and organized Tool Crib area.

Perform routine physical inventory and request inventory replenishment.

Receive tooling and accessories and store in appropriate drawer.

Clean all tooling and fixtures before placing into their respective drawers.

Set up and operation of manual machine shop equipment, including mills, and lathes.

Working from drawings in order to perform processes.

Use basic measuring tools, including micrometers and vernier calipers.

Operate power and hand lift trucks and floor sweepers.

Perform general clean up.

Assist Machinists.

CNC Machine operating when needed.

Bench work.

Handle small manual and power tools skillfully.

Keep an ongoing list of consumption and determine critical inventory levels.

Develop and recommend a routine purchasing schedule.

Other duties as assigned.
